We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please call us during our business hours for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Use the form that accompanied your order to return your merchandise. Follow the directions printed on this form. All merchandise must be in unused, perfect condition; in the original, unaltered packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
All returns must be sent UPS or FedEx. This is the only accepted method for returning merchandise. We have no mail delivery at our warehouse location and therefore any returns sent via the US Postal Service may be returned to sender by the postal service.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of the invoice. All returns must be sent prepaid. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Exchanges on suits, shoes, gloves and helmets for SIZE ONLY are not subject to this restocking fee.
